29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:   a) On or about March 10, 2014, Peak Plastering, LLC. did not ensure that eye and face protection were used by employees when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury. Employees of Peak Plastering, LLC. were observed securing lathing material on the front of a residential building, using a pneumatic gun, without any eye or face protection.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
