29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system:  On or about March 12, 2104, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from an elevation exceeding 6 feet.
