This condition exposed the employees to injuries such as but not limited to struck-by, crushing and caught between.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a)Wise Recycling, Denver at 2601 Chambers Rd., Aurora, CO 80011:  On and before March 18, 2014 the cover over an electrical junction box mounted on the small bailer near the control panel was not covered.  This condition exposed the employee to the hazard of electrical shock.
