29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10): Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were modified in order to intermix them and a competent person did not determine that the resulting scaffold was structurally sound: On or about March 18, 2014, employee(s) were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 10 feet in height to the unpaved ground level below while assembling two intermixed scaffold components that were mated together by the use of a plank that extended the length of one scaffold component to mate with the other.
