A compressed air nozzle at the end of the zinc plating line was found to have a p.s.i. of greater than or equal to 100.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Employees working on plating lines were found using dust mask half face type respirators.    Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    The employer, Master's Plating and Polishing Inc., did not ensure that employees exposed to injurious corrosive materials had suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided withing the work area for immediate emergency use: The employer provided a shower and eyewash, however, the shower and eyewash were not regularly inspected and the eyewash was found to be covered during inspection.      Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
