29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour:  Welding division: On or about March 19, 2014, the oxygen and acetylene bottles were being stored together in the storage area. This condition exposed the employees to struck-by and explosion hazards.
