OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about March 20, 2014, an employee performing landscaping work using a 10-foot fiberglass step ladder to trim existing shrubs and trees was exposed to the hazard of falling while standing on the top of that ladder and while the ladder was damaged but not removed from service until repaired.
