OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:    a)  On or about 03-09-14, an employee was unloading logs from a Serco 7000 loader seat which was mounted on a flatbed truck at a height greater than ten (10) feet above compacted surface and logs without utilizing a seatbelt.    b)  On or about 03-09-14, an employee who had lowered the stabilizers of a Serco 7000 loader which was positioned on hard packed ice surface with logs positioned along the sides of the loader was operating the loader without confirming the stabilizers were on firm ground; the left stabilizer was set on the top of a log.
