29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation shall be protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section:  a. On or about March 20, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working in an excavation, which measured approximately 6 foot deep, were exposed to the hazards of wall collapse as two areas of the excavation had not been sheeted for support.
