29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a) Job site located at Louie Livingston Hall - On or about March 19, 2014, employees were using hand power tools such as, but limited to sheet rock saw, and Dewalt roto zip to cut opening in sheetrock without the use of safety glasses, while other employee were in close proximity without eye protection, exposing employees to eye injuries from ricocheting and flying debris. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Throughout Louie Livingston Hall - On or about March 19, 2014, employees installing emergency lighting were allowed to work on and near 277-volt energized live parts, resulting in electric shock and electrocution hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED
