29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  Main building, Roof of the 5th floor, Westside of building:  On or about March 18, 2014, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the dirt ground below, while installing trusses, above the 5th floor, near the perimeter of the building without fall protection.  b)  Main building, Roof of the 5th floor, Southside of building:  On or about March 18, 2014, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the dirt ground below, while installing trusses, above the 5th floor, near the perimeter of the building without fall protection.
