(d) Tuber Department - Tuber Operator was exposed to continuous noise at 113.5 % of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 91 decibels during the minutes sampling period on March 26, 2014.
