29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Roof of building, 2569 Cobb Parkway SE, Smyrna, GA-  The employer exposed employees, installing roof rafters and joists, to a fall hazard of 8 feet  3 inches. The employees were not using any fall protection.
