29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  JOB SITE: 94-729 Farrington Highway, Waipahu, HI 96819, On and before 3/26/2014, the employer failed not provide an updated Hazard Communication Training to include new labeling elements and new safety data sheet formats. Employees were not aware of changes to safety data sheets to include, but not limited to, the use of pictograms and hazard statements.
