29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring and equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area as herein defined were not explosion-proof type approved for     Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part, for Class I, Division 1, Hazardous Locations:     a)  Spray Painting Operation Area  on or about March 26, 2014 and at times prior to, electrical equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area was not explosion-proof type approved for Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of 1910, for Class I, Division 1, exposing employees to a fire hazard.      b)  Spray Staining Operation Area  on or about March 26, 2012 and at times prior to, electrical equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area was not explosion-proof type approved for Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of 1910, for Class I, Division 1, exposing employees to a fire hazard.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED    Sapp Custom Cabinets, LLC dba Sapp Custom Cabinets., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 570798, citation number 1, item 003a and was affirmed as final order January 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1143 Teeterville Rd., Nashville, Georgia.

29 CFR 1910.213(h)(4): Radial saw(s) were not installed in a manner so as to cause the cutting head to return gently to the starting position when released by the operator:      a)  Cabinet Shop  on or about March 26, 2014, the RIDGID radial arm saw does not return to the starting position when released, exposing employees to amputation hazards.                 AB ATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED      Sapp Custom Cabinets, LLC dba Sapp Custom Cabinets., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(h)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 570798, citation number 2, item 001 and was affirmed as final order January 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1143 Teeter Ville Rd., Nashville, Georgia.
