29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:   a) Jobsite, 129 Commerce Court, Johnstown, PA:  On or about March 26, 2014, two employees were moving an energized 120 volt light fixture in the ceiling of the entrance canopy at the Hampton Inn, and were exposed to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved and the proper protective measures to be taken:  a) Jobsite, 129 Commerce Court, Johnstown, PA:  On or about March 26, 2014, two employees were directly handling an energized 120 volt light fixtrue in the ceiling of the entrance canopy at the Hampton Inn and the employer did not investigate, post warning signs, advise employees of the hazards involved and how to protect against them.
