The inside flammable and combustible storage room was not liquid tight where the walls joined the floor:    (a) Chemical storage room: On or about March 18, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards when flammable liquids, to include but not limited to ISOPROPANOL (Flash point 63 deg F), 7666 METERING ROLLER CLEANER (Flash point 10 deg F), WASH V-120 (106 deg F) were stored in a room that would not contain these flammable liquids in the event of a spill.
