29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems   (a) An employee handling sheathing materials was observed not wearing fall protection and was exposed to falls of approx. 20 feet while working on the roof of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation school project.

(a) No written certification to verify employees had complied with paragraph (a) of this section was prepared and could be reviewed for the employee(s) working on the roof of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation school project.
