29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i):  All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of work allowed.      a)      274 Main Street, Whitehouse Station, NJ, Basement:  The Employer did not keep the Basement Area clean and allowed water damaged materials containing visible mold growth to accumulate in the area.  Materials such as, but not limited to wood pallets placed on the floor, the bottom posts of wood shelving in various areas of the basement, old paper records stored in a plastic bin, etc. were observed water damaged and containing microbial growth.  Employees access the basement area routinely to retrieve supplies.        Condition noted on/or about March 27, 2014.
