29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 3/28/14 at a residential construction project located at 360 Buffalo Road, East Aurora, NewYork; an employee installing siding was using a ladder jack scaffold placed on an elevated porch. There was no personal fall arrest system in use and the employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 24 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
