29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):  Location:  21 Wildwood Lane, Kirkwood, MO  63122  Two workers were using the roof of a residential structure as a work platform while trimming tree limbs with a pole saw.  The workers were not protected by any type of fall protection system and were exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard to the ground below.
