Wartsila Defense, Inc., Propeller Shop:  On or about 03/26/14, employees were dispensing from a 55 gallon drum of acetone which was a category 2 flammable liquid with a flashpoint of 0 degrees Fahrenheit, into a container without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected.    b.)  Wartsila Defense, Inc., Propeller Shop:  On or about 03/26/14, employees were dispensing from a 55 gallon drum of methanol which was a category 2 flammable liquid with a flashpoint of 50 degrees Fahrenheit, into a container without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected.

Wartsila Defense, Inc., Center Bay, Panel Boxes LM-1 and LM-2:  On or about 04/01/14, employees were using the non-SWD breakers in the panel boxes to turn the fluorescent lights in the bay on and off on a daily basis.
