29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:      a) On or about March 28, 2014 and at times prior thereto in the grocery storage room; walkways between pallet racks are obstructed by product, disallowing clear passage by employees.    b) On or about March 28, 2014 and at times prior thereto in the general merchandise storage room; walkways between pallet racks are obstructed by product, disallowing clear passage by employees.      The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315550434, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/09/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 10741 West Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63136.    The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 896495, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/15/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Colony Place, Plymouth, MA 02360.
