29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)    Phillips Carpentry at 406 W. Laurel St., Fort Collins, CO. 80521:  On or before February 24, 2014, the employer did not ensure that all employees were protected from injury, in that an employee on an unfinished 2nd floor of an apartment building under construction that had exposed edges and sides was not utilizing a fall protection system.  This hazard exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet, 8 inches.
