29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:     a) Throughout the Machining Area:  The employer did not ensure that each spray bottle of hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, WD-40 and Simply Green, used by employees was labeled, tagged or marked as required to contain appropriate hazard warnings, or alternatively, words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.      Abatement Note:  Each container shall be provided with appropriate hazard warnings, or alternatively, words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical contained therein.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a) Throughout the Establishment: On or about April 1, 2014 the employer had not trained employees on the new label elements (e.g. pictograms and signal words) and the new Safety Data Sheet format for chemicals such as, but not limited to, Brite-Mark Black, Novamet 900, WD-40, The Cooler and Simply Green.
