OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious phyisical harm to employees: a) On or about March 31, 2014, and at times prior employess were potentially exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while operating automtovie lifts under the following conditions: 1) The employer did not ensure auto lifts were labeled with safety warning stickers according to manufacturer's provided instructions; 2) Auto lifts were not periodically inspcted by a quailified inspectors at least annually to ensure that they were properly maintained and functioning.
