29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):   The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:  a)  Jobsite located at 1901 Waverly Avenue, Long Beach Township NJ 08008:  A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the worksite.  An employee working for Carlito Andrade DBA A & Z General Contractors, Inc. fell approximately 25 feet to the ground surface below from a ladder while performing sheathing installation.  Condition noted on or about 02/27/2014.
