29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer is responsible for requiring the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions or where this part indicates the need for using such equipment to reduce the hazards to the employees. a) On or about April 1, 2014 at 152 Grand Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY a worker was working under an aerial lift in which another worker was working was not wearing head protection. Also the worker in the aerial lift was not wearing his eye protection over his eyes. Accordingly, one employee was exposed to a possible head injury and the other employee was exposed to a possible eye injury.
