29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a)285 South Jefferson Road, Whippany, NJ.  The employer allowed his employee to work from a scaffold platform in excess of 14 feet to the ground below with no fall protection in place, i.e. guardrail system, exposing the employee to fall hazards.       Observed on or about 3/31/14.
