29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):   Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On 3/31/2014, workers from Donald Eiring were repairing a roof of a residential building located at 186 Marshall Drive, Wentzville, MO.  Two employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nailers.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On 3/31/2014, workers from Donald Eiring were repairing a roof of a residential building located at 186 Marshall Drive, Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  The owner, Donald Eiring, was on site while the employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing him to fall to the ground below.
