29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  a) In the warehouse, where stacks of products were stored four tier high, some of the boxes at the very top were not secured or interlocked. The workers in the area were exposed to getting struck by falling boxes of material.  b) In the warehouse, near the west wall, some of the rack's footings were not bolted down.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  In the warehouse over the roof the restrooms, where several boxes of material were stored, the structure's load capacity was not marked and affixed.
