29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a) On or about April 4, 2014, for three employee roofing a 6-12 pitch roof next to an unguarded roof edge and exposed to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet, 2 inches, at Topside Construction located at 448 34th Street in West Fargo, North Dakota.
