29 CFR 1910.24(b): Fixed stairs were not provided for access from one structure level to another where operations necessitated regular travel between levels:   a)  Plenty Cafe, 1701 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, Basement Storage Area-  Employees are exposed to fall hazards where there is a break in elevation between the two concrete floor levels in the center of the basement of approximately 19 inches.  Regular operations necessitate access from one level to the other and no set of fixed stairs or ramp was provided.  Observed on or about April 9, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:   a) Plenty Cafe, 1701 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, Basement Storage Area - An uncovered electrical junction box containing energized conductors was mounted on the wall by a shelving unit accessed by employees. Observed on or about April 9, 2014.   b) Plenty Cafe, 1701 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, Basement Storage Area - An electrical junction box mounted on the basement wall above the compressor contained energized conductors and was not provided a cover.  Observed on or about April 9, 2014.
