29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): All industrial trucks in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks:    a) 299 Cluckey Drive, Harrington, DE - employees were performing work within a construction site, using a CAT 50 forklift, that did not meet the requirements of inspection, maintenance, and operation as defined by ANSI Section 7: Maintenance Practices, due to damaged lighting, unsecured attachment, and lack of daily inspections.  The violation was observed on or about April 2, 2014.    b) 299 Cluckey Drive, Harrington, DE - employees were performing work, using a CAT 50 forklift, that did not meet the requirements of inspection, maintenance, and operation as defined by ANSI Section 7: Maintenance Practices, due to damaged front light, brake light assembly, and daily inspections were not being performed in accordance with the manufacturers operation & maintenance manual.  Maintenance records show the forklift was serviced on May 17, 2013, which identified a broken brake light assembly that was not repaired.  The violation was observed on or about April 7, 2014.
