A minimum of 30 inches of space was not maintained.      1) Northwest area of warehouse adjacent to bay door: Electrical panel boxes rated at 480 volts were blocked by storage of pallets and dockplate.    2) South side of Warehouse adjacent to the offices: Electrical panel boxes were blocked by a table.     3)South side of warehouse: Electrical panel was blocked by product stored on pallets.
