29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift:    On or about April 8, 2014, and at times prior thereto, an employee was working from the basket of an aerial lift without the use of a body belt, harness, or lanyard exposing the employee to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.        The Superior Neon Signs Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314935339, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 300 South Bryant, Edmond, OK 73034.
