(a) At the site, on the west section, an employee was performing pressure washing on a residential roof, was exposed to a 21' fall hazard without fall protection.  (b) At the site, on  the south section, employees performing pressure washing of a residential roof were tied to each other with one rope which was not connected to an anchor exposing them to a 11' fall hazard.
