29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(iv): Lavatories were not provided with individual hand towels or sections thereof, of cloth or paper, warm air blowers or clean individual sections of continuous cloth toweling.  (a) Bathroom - On or about April 11, 2014 the air blower in the men bathroom located at the rear of the plant was not working.  (b) Up Front Wash Area - On or about April 11, 2014 the hand wash area near the front office did not have  paper towels or any other drying method.
