29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:         a) Line #1 - The employer had Machines number 2 thru 12, Star Micronics CNC machines, model #SR-10J Type C, that did not have a interlock switch on the front door to stop the machine when an operator would open the door.    b) Line #2 - The employer had Machines number 16 thru 24, Star Micronics CNC machines, model #SA-16RC, that did not have a interlock switch on the front door to stop the machine when an operator would open the door.    c) Line #4 - The employer had Machines number 36 thru 45, Star Micronics CNC machines, model #SR-20RIII, that did not have a interlock switch on the front door to stop the machine when an operator would open the door.    d) Haas Line - Burr King belt sander model #960, was not completely guarded on the bottom end of the sander to prevent contact with the moving parts.  e) Line 6 Area - Burr King belt sander model #960, was not completely guarded on the bottom part of the sander to prevent contact with the moving parts.   f) Line 5 Area - Burr King belt sander model #760, was not completely guarded on the bottom part of the sander to prevent contact with the moving parts.
