29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system:    (a) 212 Freight Shed Rd Baldwinsville, MA: On or about March 18, 2014, an employee was working in an excavation that was between 5.5 and 6.6 FT deep without any protective system, which is not in accordance with this subpart:     Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
