29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): When the employer did not demonstrate that a guardrail system, personal fall arrest system or safety net system was infeasible or created a greater hazard, or when another provision in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 19126.501 did not provide for an alternative fall protection measure, Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:                            This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2014, when employees, who were working from a 3rd story balcony approximately 20 feet above of the ground, were not protected from falling to the lower level.
