Manufacturer's Safety Data Sheets indicated that eye wash was required for the following chemicals:  Liqua-Tan (4% sulfonic acid), sodium carbonate (pH=11.4), and MDI Isocyanate (sensitizer).  This condition exposed employees to eye hazards.
