(b) Aluminum plank on back lower roof, new townhome construction located at 13329 Flamingo Road, Milton, GA 30004: Employee operating a Hitachi (Model-Nt50A) and a DUO-FAST (Model-CNP-65Y) was exposed to eye injuries while installing siding and cornice boards with these pneumatic tools without eye protection. Employees were exposed to fasteners and flying debris as safety glasses and or goggles were not worn.
