Employees were fit-tested for the 3M 5000 series half-mask disposable air purifying respirators with dual cartridges (P95 and organic vapor) and wore the Survivair Premier Plus half mask air purifying respirator with organic vapor-P100 cartridges or the Radnor N95 filtering face piece respirator for which they were not fit-tested.  Observed on or about 8/20/14.
