29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a) Print Tech, LLP Springfield, NJ site - Production area:    Electrical boxes rated 480V/ 3 phase  and 220V/ single phase that control the machines in the production department and the lights in the offices  were blocked by the forklift charging station, printing, and folding equipment.    Condition noted on or about 4/18/2014.
