29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) At 1510 3rd Ave Phenix City, Alabama: On or about April 16, 2014 and at times prior; the exposing employer allowed his employees to work from a two buck high scaffold which was not fully planked exposing his employees to trip hazards and fall hazards.
