29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the  safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  On or about April 17, 2014 and prior thereto, employees  at Technical Machining Services, Inc., 1201 North 8th Street, Rogers, Arkansas working with or exposed to chemicals such as petroleum hydrocarbons were not provided with training that included the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees could obtain and use the appropriate  hazard information.
