Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:         7618 Cypress Lane San Antonio, TX, North side at a residential home: on or about April 22, 2014, an employee without fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet, while bracing a pump jack scaffold to the exterior wall of the home.
