29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On or about April 23, 2014, at 7580 Settles Walk Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazard from wood chips and sawdust while cutting a board with a Makita 5007F circular saw without using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about April 23, 2014, at 7580 Settles Walk Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9.4-feet and greater while working from the top plate near the unprotected edge of the house and more than six feet above the lower level without using fall protection.
