29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets:  At the jobsite located at 3979 N. Woodlawn Ct., Wichita KS:  Employees engaged in roofing activities from a 4 in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet to ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
